    UPDATE - 01/04
    - several acts have announced tour dates, so that helped narrow the field. Just finished up the Southeast to NY. Working on midwest, then Texas & onward. Still tinkering with a small jaunt that starts or ends in Seattle, and includes 3 Canada date proposals.
    - heard from on here & one more source that Wrigley is out for the year, but I do want to go someday ;)
    - I don't have any concrete data, but I don't think Ed will take the summer off. Any chance of Earthlings shows? Chad & Josh seem raring to go, and with Andrew Watt being in the mix, would they do a small Earthlings tour as a victory lap for the next PJ record, or a breather before they finish up? Either way, I'm sticking with my prediction of a short leg 1, 2 ballparks (or 1 ballpark/1 fest), break, then leg 2, capped with 1 ballpark + Seattle (give, or take Missoula)
Can rule out Earthling shows I think from spring/summer.  RHCP is on tour now thru June/July.  Chad would be unavailable until August and they are on tour that would be a long year. Of course Ed could find a touring drummer to fill in.

Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton?  They played Ontario and Quebec last year.  They already saturated California last year too.   So that's limited shows to do around Seattle?   Maybe they do Portland, Missoula, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Seattle?

Sorry if this has been said before, there are 10 pages and I haven't read them all....
Yankee Stadium is the last place I'd want to see them play.  This is most corporate,  most representative of the thing they used to hate, facility in MLB.  I don't even like watching baseball there.
As much as it might see most of us miss out, I'd rather they play someplace much smaller than that soulless monstrosity.

Would be nice to give us some advanced notice.

I think playing Alaska would be awesome.  Give those of us who haven't yet been a nudge.

October / November 2023 dates would be awesome if it happens.

I feel ya. They've done small venues in NYC before, so I think the least controversial thing (and most exciting) would be to play a surprise show for 10C, and we make the mad dash. In my heart of hearts, I'd like a club show at Terminal 5, or the Bowery (or an acoustic and/or orchestra show at Radio City).
The Yankee Stadium thing wasn't even a rumor really (although, I seem to have inadvertently turned it into one). It was just me speculating the whole Pearl Jam Day thing they had right before Apollo & MSG.
If nothing else, it means that they're on each other's radar, business-wise, but the timing was certainly dubious. A lot of folks on the board would rather have them play Citi Field, but I've never been to either, so I welcome both. Or any lol.

    Good enough.

Citi Field is far better, for what it is worth, I agree with the others.

Take the Mexico thing with a grain of salt. IF they did, it would be 1, 2, or 3 stops and not too far from the U.S. border. The Texas/ACL rumor seems to be sticking around. In other news...

Go to Sonic Temple's social media (doesn't matter which one)

Look for the post with the picture in black & white.

I did a Google image search & came up with that building. I then went to Google maps street view to look around for clues.

The picture (with the Sonic Temple billboard) was taken from the perspective of someone who would be standing in front of a hot dog joint in Columbus called... Dirty Frank's

What clues brought you to this restaurant, I must’ve missed something
Looks like the billboard for Sonic Temple is basically across the street from that restaurant. Nice detective work there animal!

:takes a bow: looks like someone came to a similar conclusion on Sonic Temple's instagram or facebook, but I definitely did the google leg work on my own!
    Impressive work.

Moving this from rumor to confirmed (unless Danny Wimmer Promotions & their social media crew are expertly trolling us, lol).
All 2023 Leg 1 speculation from myself will have Sonic Temple as the penultimate show to build around, before the rumored Citizens Bank Park show(s).

Oh wow okay! Awesome! Egg on my face I guess. I thought for sure there was no way they’d play Sonic Temple

No worries! It's a lot of spitballing on here, lol. And I think they're (DWP) are solidifying Sonic Temple as the hard rock festival, with Welcome to Rockville being the metal/hard rock destination!
With that in mind, I'll even throw out a few predictions for who else will be at Sonic Temple (with no idea when PJ plays, but my gut says Sat or Sun)
    • Slipknot, Rob Zombie, Puscifer
    • Avenged Sevenfold, The Mars Volta, Deftones
    • Pearl Jam, QOTSA, Alice in Chains
    • Foo Fighters, Incubus, The Killers
If I'm booking this thing, I'm giving PJ Saturday so they have time to get to PA. And the Foo Fighters get the headliner spot (with whoever their drummer may be - the band WILL go onward).

If I had to bet, Dave is going to get back behind the kit and sing. Or maybe that’s just my wish hah

Wow Blur! As far as bands that never tour, it’s been seven long years. So far only some Europe shows listed on their site.

The one band on the list I wanna see live is The Cure

As hard as he hits the drums I don't see him singing at the same time but that would be badass.

So tomorrow the 10th we will find out who will be playing at all these USA festivals?
Maybe they will play Boston Calling?
