Clerks III

Went to go see Clerks III tonight.   Just Breathe was a nice touch.   I guess that makes two Kevin Smith films in a row with Pearl Jam songs.   I think this film was a lot better than Jay & Silent Bob reboot.  Had funny moments, sad moments, and a lot of a heart.   The reason Just Breathe played was sad though :(

I agree, Zod.  I really enjoyed the movie for the reasons you note, and Just Breathe was indeed a bittersweet moment.  Snoogans.

Went and saw it last Friday. Loved it. Wasn’t expecting it to go how it did and cried when it did. Just Breathe was the perfect touch

Yah, there is/was two ways to see it.  Kevin Smith is touring the movie.  If you go to one of those events you get to see the movie and he does a Q&A after the movie.   There was also a limited (one week?) run in theatres in the US.  Here in Canada Cineplex was screening it on specific days.  Last night was the first one.  I think Friday or Saturday it runs again.  It's a bit all over the place in different places.

Not the easiest movie to see, but it's out there, but probably not much longer :(

If your in the US I think it was fathom events doing the screening (I went to that website but found no information on Canada, so google got me the screen times for Canada).

I was thinking about going to see it this weekend, but was reminded that we have Grandparent duty all weekend.

Yah, it has some moments that bring a tear to your eye, but also many scenes that make you laugh.   It was a good mix.

Random question: Did anyone see Kevin Smith at the PJ show in Denver? I ask because we flew from Denver to Salt Lake City the next morning and he was on our flight. We were wondering if he was at the show.

It was. I liked it but kinda wished there were less Elias scenes.
