Just a hunch but I suspect that a bunch of members that bought MSG tix years ago found flights and hotel prices to be outrageous. Maybe vax requirements are impacting this as well. Hopefully there are enough tix for all of us locals!

Well, the GA sections for the western U.S. shows allowed plenty of elbow room, so there is definitely more capacity to be had without things getting dangerous or claustrophobic.
The best way I found was to click the country link on the email they sent. Then I was directed to the 10 Club ticket access after I was logged in. This worked!

Can you submit a separate request?
You should be able to resubmit. Make sure to list all shows you are trying for.

I was doing it that way when I was getting the error message. I waited until after 12 p.m. PDT and it was smooth sailing. I think the issue was that there were just too many people trying in the first hour. It didn't matter where you came in from.
50 is being a bit pessimistic. Moving the stage back just a bit, or the soundboard back just a bit, could enable them to fill in several rows of people. 50 or so people per row about in GA. These are big places. Not saying odds aren't slim, but they're probably not that slim. Some folks that have been outspoken about getting shut out here will get tickets.

I have 1 Ten Club reserved ticket to the show I’m going to. Can I enter to try to get 1 GA ticket for this new lottery? It says total 2 allowed, not sure if I’m allowed to go for 1 only. Don’t want to risk cancellation of my ticket I already have at all if that’s not allowed. Thanks all.

Nowhere does it say that they’ll cancel the tickets that you currently have. No reason to be afraid of anything but them disqualifying your entry. Which isn’t a huge loss b/c you already have a ticket.
I’m not getting bad request, but an error with my “payment profile settings” any cc i’ve entered is getting bounced out. Anyone else?
Same happened to me when doing it on iPhone. Had to log in on a computer and it worked fine.

I think the worst that will happen is your entry will be disqualified. Worth a try.
