    A friend will be selling his MSG ticket, but when he brings up the ticket it says “not for resale”. When will he be able to sell it?

    You have to sell it to a friend or a fan by "transferring" the ticket to that person and using a payment method like paypal to complete the sale. Fan to Fan does not apply to Denver or NY because of state laws.
