     I asked a friend who also received a signed poster from the artist to send me photos of the signature and numbering, and have attached those photos of the poster signed and numbered by EG.

    I really wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt.  And I do hope that @WildFly sends the poster back to you since you refunded.  But I find it amazing that your "friend" sent you the--exact--same pictures from an eBay listing that sold on June 10.  Right down to the blue square covering the poster number!  The world is full of coincidences!

    For anyone that has gone as far down this rabbit hole as me, the eBay item number is 165517511367 (I believe eBay links are frowned upon here; just search that item number under sold listings).

    Just a quick follow up here. I reached out to WildFly, apologized, refunded their money and asked simply that they send the poster back. No response. Also asked for photos of the corners to confirm there is no signature on the poster. No response. Also reached out to the artist who is very cool, is waiting on me to send photos of the poster to confirm it was not signed/numbered.

    I asked a friend who also received a signed poster from the artist to send me photos of the signature and numbering, and have attached those photos of the poster signed and numbered by EG. The signature and hand numbering match the photos I posted of the Vedder poster but do not match the photos WildFly posted. Like not even close, really. Not accusing anyone of anything but wherever those photos posted by WildFly are from, they do not appear to have been signed or numbered by EG.

    Feel like I've done all I can and something is slightly amiss somewhere here but since a few folks seemed invested in this, I wanted to give an update. This became a bigger deal than it should have and I'm certainly willing to own it if I received an unsigned poster in error and then passed it on but again, I've given a refund and asked for the poster to be send back and/or photos of the corners to confirm it's not signed, and have not received any reply. Which, again, is fine. I wasn't selling to make money so if I'm out what I paid for the poster it's whatever.

    Wow, I thought I was done with this on Monday.  Full work day yesterday and just now catching up.  I see you gave me an option to get a refund and send back poster.  You refunded anyway.
    At no time did I ever say I was pissed, upset, or accuse you of anything.  I am disappointed on how this went down.  All I was trying to do was educate you that the poster I received from you was clearly not an AP.  All of this could have been handled between you and me but you immediately ran to the forum.
    Enough said, I am sending you back the payment of $65 and now done.
    Right now the refund is pending and once it clears I will send you back the $65

    WildFly did pay Goods and Services and was refunded. I posted photos of the other two posters offered in this thread, both signed and numbered, and another board member posted that they'd bought from me and it was an easy, great experience. I get being cynical and protective of other fans, that's admirable, but I publicly apologized to WildFly, refunded their money on principle. You're looking for a scam that, in this case, isn't there. I do get it, though.

    As for the eBay photos, I asked a friend who I knew bought the poster form the artist if they had photos of the corners and that's what they sent. If they also sold the poster on eBay, or sold it to someone who then sold it, or simply took the photos from eBay or whatever, I don't really care? I just wanted to see what I was missing to confirm I got the wrong poster, and asked WildFly for photos to confirm there was no signature and number on the poster they received from me.

    For sure, I should have just handled it via PM. Sorry it got this far, that's my bad.

    I’m sure tons of people on this forum could have shared pictures of a signed and numbered AP. I have one. It is indeed signed and numbered by the artist. I would’ve even let you see what number it was!

    Hey there folks and especially @CH273892

    Just asked @WildFly for photos of the corners, which they graciously supplied. It’s faint but the sig and number are there. Totally understand why they missed it. The number you can definitely see. 17/100

    PSA: Sometimes a person truly is just trying to do a nice thing for other folks.

    That heart and EG is printed on the back of every one of these posters that was printed--AP or show.  And the images on the artist's site that you claim absolve you are stock jpeg's, not pictures of the actual product product taken by Gallagher.  Post your receipt from your purchase during Gallagher's sale.

    Just remember folks, ALWAYS pay goods and services. And if something seems too good to be true--it probably is.
    Hey it turned out the poster was in fact signed and numbered. How 'bout that!

    It's odd how some were signed numbered in marker and others in pencil. Mine is in marker,  my buddies in pencil, maybe she ran out of ink,  glad it all worked out and great price for an AP.

    @heartofadog

    I don't chime in on this forum a lot and always try to be helpful when I do.  Indeed, I think this is the first time I every chimed in on a dispute.  And I was never overtly hostile to you but simply asked questions and pointed out questionable actions.

    You, among other things:
    ran straight here to try to make yourself a victim;
    tried to say a heart and initials printed on the back of every single one of these posters was the artist's signature for an AP;
    never posted pictures of your receipt from purchase from Gallagher, instead making a snarky comment about posting a refund receipt;
    took pictures from eBay and tried to pass them off as "from a friend;"
    and pm'd calling me an asshole, again, because I had the audacity to chime in on your actions that looked reasonably suspicious.

    I wonder what you stated and then deleted above?  Why didn't you leave it up and stand by it?  That's rhetorical; I really don't care.

    Maybe WildFly will post the pictures you allege absolve you and issue a mea culpa.  Maybe this thread will be left with unauthinticated  screen shots from????  If you sold a popular AP for 1/2 of what you paid for it, then that was indeed commendable and a very nice thing to do.

    But I will never not tell people to always pay goods and services when buying something from an unknown person online and if something seems too good to be true it probably is.  If you are waiting for an apology for that, I encourage you to keep holding your breath.

    What I stated above and deleted: I called you an asshole but then deleted it thinking maybe you’d post in the thread and be reasonable. Mistake on my end for sure. I do understand being protective of other fans/buyers, but you go way beyond that. You were and still appear to be convinced I was running some kind of scam, to the extend you’ve now disregarded the fact that the poster is indeed signed and appear to imply I faked those screenshots or took them from somewhere/someone else and posted them in a place where WildFly could easily see and call me out if I had done so. Does that make even an iota of sense??

    Posts earlier in the thread I deleted were either critical of WildFly or apologetic to WildFly, but it turned out neither the criticism nor the apology were necessary. I did and do apologize to @WildFly for discussing publicly what we could have handled via PM, and for jumping to criticize, and for not checking the poster thoroughly before sending, or sending photos.

    ”Unauthenticated screenshots from???” killed me. Thank you for that. Truly. Again, just so I’m clear on your line of thinking: my gambit there would be to post screenshots claiming they’re photos WildFly sent me in a thread where WildFly could easily see and refute me if I were lying? How far would you like to stretch the boundaries of what’s reasonable so you can assume the worst of a stranger?

    If you want to post the photos yourself and/or confirm for folks the sig and number are there @WildFly that’d be cool. But obviously you’re under no obligation to do so. I do still have the other two posters I’d be happy to sell and it’d be nice for people who are maybe hesitant about buying to get confirmation from you directly/publicly that I did in fact send you an AP so there’s no further room for speculation. I’d definitely appreciate it but again, it’s my fault we’re doing this in public in the first place so if you’d rather not, that’s cool. I have peace of mind.

    never posted pictures of your receipt from purchase from Gallagher, instead making a snarky comment about posting a refund receipt;
    took pictures from eBay and tried to pass them off as "from a friend;"
    and pm'd calling me an asshole, again, because I had the audacity to chime in on your actions that looked reasonably suspicious.

    What I ACTUALLY did:

    - Posted here angrily thinking WildFly accused me of trying to scam them, apologized when it appeared the poster I sent had not been signed, deleted both when WildFly and I realized it had been signed, still apologized for not just dealing with it in PMs.

    - Said I thought the heart and initials were the sig. Was corrected, thanked the person for correcting me, refunded WildFly without their even asking for it, and tried to get to the bottom of the issue.

    - Didn’t post a picture of my receipt because you specifically asked for it, and I don’t owe you a thing. Had WildFly asked for it, I’d have PMd or posted.

    - Asked a friend for photos of their poster. If that poster was also on eBay, yeah that’s a wild coincidence. Those things happen. People buy and sell posters. Not terribly uncommon. But sure, I’ll give you that one. I can see where it looks bad. In fact, I can see where most — not all, but most — of your logic is based. Looked bad! Luckily it turned out well in the end but I get it. However, everyone else who contributed to this thread seemed to genuinely be trying to help WildFly, me, or both of us. You were condescending and accusatory from jump. Didn’t have to be! Kind of like how I was defensive and critical of WildFly from the jump but when it was clear I shouldn’t have been, I apologized and tried to be accountable. Can’t say the same for you I’m afraid.

    - PM’d you calling you an asshole and asking for an apology, yep.

    Pay goods and services is great advice. WildFly did, which made the refund super easy. Don’t trust something that’s too good to be true is maybe good advice but sometimes a person just wants to do a nice thing for other people. This is one of those times. Sorry that’s so difficult for you to wrap your head around. It's interesting/funny/telling to me that you went deep enough into a "rabbit hole" to try and prove that I was running some sort of scam, but didn't bother to acknowledge the various things throughout the thread pointing to the fact that I may have simply made a mistake, and then when it became apparent that the only mistake made was both WildFly and I missing the signature and numbering on first glance, your reaction was to claim that too was somehow faked. I can understand the skepticism up to that point but once I posted photos literally from the person I sold to, any reasonable person would have simply said "Ah! Glad it got sorted!" but not you! Very cool!
