MSG Secondhand Market

I held off on buying as I was hoping ticket prices would go down, but alas it seems PJ tickets are like the housing market....

I saw a floor seat on vivid or whatever it is called is upwards of $10,000. Does anyone actually spend that kind of cash for a show? I know there a ton of super rich people in the NY/NJ/CT area, but what the actual F.

RN, behind the stage tickets are at least $700. Who has that kind of $ and wants to sit up and back? I suppose I am shouting into the wind, as someone who has been lucky to see 25+ shows and the majority of seats were ace due to 20+ years in the 10C.

....really don't get how this happens.

Carry on.

I can’t speak to the 10k but I guess if someone lives in NYC they can see the MSG show with no travel costs.  You can easily spend $500+ to fly to another city for a show plus you need 1-2 days off work which has a cost.  For a person in that situation $700 to see a local show might be the best option.  Of course there’s always not going at all, but, you know.
