Question about Toronto - Scotiabank Arena seating

Hey, does anyone know what this gray area is?  It goes through sections 107, 108 and 109. When I look at images of the inside of the arena, I dont see anything that looks like this.

    Benches and penalty box are usually covered by seating.

    I always assumed it was the deal they had with platinum seat members or what ever the Scotiabank calls it and they were blocked off from TM purchases.

    looks like they are blocked out for whatever reason.  The benches for hockey are on opposite side of arena.

    I don’t believe it is benches or penalty boxes. Where did you get these pictures? 

    Benches are opposite side of penalty boxes.
    penalty boxes are only in 108.

    my guess is that it’s a glitch. Also the penalty boxes don’t have seats in front of them from what i recall at a concert
