So your telling me it's between 100k and 999k. I'll check with my friend and see if he will accept that as an answer. It's funny how this started as a light hearted discussion/bet between two long time members and friends.

Well? Moderators must have a good idea on what the number currently is.
You won’t get an answer here. It’s been asked for ages and has never been posted.
Friend and I were trying to guess the other night. I didn't know it has been asked before. Why the secrecy? Now I'm curious to why they won't answer.
If I was guessing I would say it’s kind of like asking someone “how much money do you make?”  It’s just not something that ever ends well

active (paid) members x membership fee gives people a lot of info on revenue without any context of what that money goes toward. We already know that since ticket prices are printed on the tickets and venue size is public knowledge, people already do the math and get really mad about how much revenue is collected, even without knowing how much of the money even goes to what or to who

I guess so. I don't care what they are or are not pulling in for money in membership dues. To be clear the ten club has always done right by me. Usually I get more grief from members on this board about questions I have than the ten club. They typically reach put to me via private message when I have an issue and get things straightened out.

The only rule about 10 club, is there is no 10 club.

Didn’t Tim mention about a decade or so ago ~250,000 active paid memberships? Guessing it’s somewhere around the same.

Search Rubys Dad posts. That’s Tim’s board handle. Maybe it’s in there. If it is it will be outdated by years.

I appreciate it. This started out as an honest light hearted question I thought someone may know off the top of their heads. I wasn't looking to put a lot of effort into finding the answer. If the actual( or rounded) number comes up Than great.

back in the day they used to have everyone in order of how many posts you had but they stopped that around 10 years ago. Every post counted so everyone tried to get in on every post lol, I was top 50 for awhile. Back in the SENROCK, Earthgirl, Cateeto days. This forum used to be really awesome...very family oriented. That's long gone for the most part.
There's no I in team, but there's me.

81, comebackgirl and others!  Still a bunch of old timers on here. But I agree, the need to know everything attitude definitely changed the tone of the conversations. Why does it matter how many members there are?  Its a shit ton! :)

I remember back then. I didn't realize there was an on going post tally though. I never really posted over the 20 plus years until recently.

It doesn't other than a small insignificant bet I made with a friend. It morphed into whatever this thread has become.
