I think people speaking with agents are likely getting responses threat might not be accurate with what’s happening right now. Half the time TM reps have no clue what’s going on on a normal day. Hopefully they get it up and running again. It was down last week too.
This! NEVER call Ticketmaster. Ever. No information is better than incorrect information.

Hope that this mess gets resolved.

For anyone with tickets to future shows, I highly recommend solidifying your tickets/plans/seats 48 hours before the show.  We have now seen same day ticket drops, Premium price under-cutting, and now this.  The safest move if you cannot afford to eat tickets is to upgrade as much as you can or sell tickets you cannot use 48-72 hours before the event, and hang tight after that.

Good advice. Last thing anyone wants, is to be stuck with tickets that won't (or can't) move. The urge to upgrade is addicting.

I sold a pair in 2 minutes this morning. This is not our fault. They told us the terms and then changed them without notice.

Amazing - I never got an answer back from the chat agent on my request for a refund, refreshed, and lo and behold they cancelled my extra order for me! Phew.

It is no one but Ticketmaster's fault.  But these sketchy tactics seem to exclusively take place the day of or day before events.

Makes no sense to do this in Toronto where there weren't many tickets left for TM to sell anyway.

I personally don't think this was intentional. The fact that other shows can't be resold at the moment backs that up.

But why would they choose this show all of a sudden. Really hope it’s just a fuck up for today and not the rest of the tour

I think that's right. Seems like technical difficulties
