yes, but then were "resold" after 2 years and all the refunds.. there were a lot of tickets for the second round, so many refunds were processed, its not out of the possibility that 50% of the GA tickets sold in 2020 were refunded in 2022, and many were not sold again in the resaleAlaG said:

But they did a new lotto after the rescheduled dates were announced with GA included. They could have limited it then if thats the reason and now opening it back up to pre covid numbers. If you look at Oaklands pit there was tons of space. LA there was not. I think LA had a bunch of people sneaking in though. I doubt we ever know the reason or the actual number of winners.
