F2F is fun and a way to get good seats if you can devote the time to it, but it can also be a huge waste of time. Paying market price without wasting hours F5ing may be a net gain

This is a very true and logical way to look at it. Paying a marked up price on StubHub may be cheaper than the actual cost paid after factoring in the hours and time put into this for some. Depends on each individual's circumstances of course.

Pretty sure if F2F didn't exist I'd have waited until t week of a show to get upgrades. But refreshing F2F's paid off in going from "no tickets" to "at least I'm in the building" to "nice lower seat" - question is if it's worth the effort to get even closer... then a GA drops while I took a break from the screen.

After refreshing hundreds of times over the last several weeks I can no longer access Ticketmaster via Safari on my Mac or iPhone, via Wi-Fi or cellular. They think I am a bot. I confirmed my wife’s phone also can’t access TM via Safari unless it is on cellular. At least the TM app works but it’s not as quick. I am also losing ambition and happy with my seats, but it has been fun!
Cookies! Good idea. I appreciate the support! Not sure what I’ll do after the 16th. Fan to fan is awesome since it gives you a chance to improve your seats.
I’ve had this issue too. One TM rep confirmed for me that it’s at the account level, but it’s nearly impossible to get them to do anything about it. Most reps will tell you to sign out of all devices, clear cookies, etc… it doesn’t matter. As soon as you sign into your account again you’ll get the same message. You also won’t be able to join queues for in demand tickets. It’s really great and TM is super helpful. Good luck! 😫

Shit you’re right. After signing in I get the same message.
