Hyde Park Question! Stage time.

Does anyone have a general idea of what time PJ is expected to take the stage?   I'm debating on doing a quick trip (will be in Ireland) and get a direct flight that gets into London Heathrow at 6:40pm.   With no delays I'd probably get there around 8:00pm (maybe sooner if go straight to venue instead of airport hotel).    I've read curfew may be 10:30pm so I may be cutting it way to close.

Any thoughts on stage time or time it should take to get from Heathrow to Hyde Park would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Probably so.  I will be coming from Shannon, IR on a direct flight.

Yeah I'd expect them on something like 7:30 maybe.  I think it'll be a long show but sticking to curfew

Yeah, sounds like if everything went perfect i would get there right at show time.  If things don't go perfect, it would be a lot of wasted time and $.    I read it is a 10:30 curfew so was thinking they'd probably be on at 7:45 - 8:00.

Probably just let this one go.

I saw Neil Young at BST and I think he went on at something like 825 or something. I would expect they have some similar set blocks for most evening performances.

That said, go if you can. BST is a lot of fun.

I am assuming they would go on at 8:00pm at the earliest. If curfew is 10:30am as I've read, I can't seen them playing two 2 hr 45min shows two days in a row.

Flight lands at 6:40pm.   If landing on time I think I can check into the airport hotel at terminal 3 and grab the Heathrow Express to Paddington and get to the show in time by 8:00pm, or hopefully just miss 2-3 songs.  Booked a refundable room.  I'm going to see how the spring tour goes and if they are changing up setlists a lot and how the show length is.  If playing 3 hour shows than maybe I'd miss a decent chunk of the show.

Also bear in mind last entry to the venue is 8.30pm so any hiccups en-route could leave you locked out.

All of that is assuming that the flight has no delays, there are no lines anywhere in the airport, you're the first person off the plane..

    I wouldn't risk it.

Thanks for the comments. I'm going to abandon the idea for now.  A lot of effort for one show and could easily miss it and my events the next day if return flight delayed.   Trying to do too much.

Buck up and charter your own plane. Limo to the concert.   Problem solved.

Ha.  They better play Just a Girl and Falling Down if I'm going to shell out that kind of money!

I'm trying to remember what time they came on stage back in 2010. Have a feeling it was about 8.15. As it's a festival with a curfew, they won't be doing one of their mammoth sets.
