I say, take whatever is in the package and if something isnt up to par, just give it away. If we start getting into qulaity of vids, this will turn into something bad. Someones idea of good may not be the same as yours. Either way if he/she things it is good, let them submit it and just be okay with it. Just my opinion. Not necessarily. I learned long ago that people who express interest in something do not always follow through when it comes down to it.
Thus, ANYBODY can still sign up. The next four who pledge something are in, regardless of whether their name is on the list right now or not.
