Can anyone help - I tried to read all posts but not finding anyone who has same problem. I received two emails that I was confirmed for Vegas. My card has been charged. I have received nothing else. Nothing to claim or accept my tickets. Nothing in my account shows my tickets and my ticketmaster acccount doesnt show anything. I have emailed fanclub for help but anxious. Thanks for any help

Just in case it's hidden somewhere my email came from the address below. I've seen sometimes an email is in your inbox (or accidently fell into a different folder) but is not visible for some reason. Try searching the address below and see what happens.

Thanks. I keep my Inbox pretty clean, so I can't really miss something. (There are currently four emails in my Inbox.) And I've been checking my Spam folder regularly.
JFYI, i checked Ticketmaster about 1/2 hour ago (16:30 PDT) using the same URL and code I was texted. There were a few scattered PJ Verified seats at the $122.50 face value. Unfortunately, they were all single seats (none were together), and there was no GA PIT or Floor seats.
Still after the hoopla of Premium tickets being sold for 12x amount earlier, if someone is looking for a single ticket without breaking the bank, doesn't hurt to go back in check. Hope this helps for someone.
EDIT, well sorry to get hopes up. Just checked again and all tickets are well over $400. Still, seems there might be a chance to keep checkin in and seeing if any of those face value tickets pop up

Definitely something wrong there! I'm 80xxx and got Sec16 Row H which is typical for my #. Maybe the algorithm for the best seats is different in the MGM arena and it considers the center sections the best seats. That being said my theory makes no sense for Camden. Based on your seats I'm almost glad that I got shut out for Camden. Well that and the place being a shit hole. I would reach out to the 10 club, nothing to lose.

This was the case for me. My email was buried in the "promotions" folder. It came yesterday and I had to claim my tickets. Once I claimed they showed up in my TM account. Thanks for the heads up
Any thoughts to why our tickets say LV2 and not just LV like the other cities not named LA or Oakland?
