Arrived in OKC yesterday afternoon. Nice downtown area for sure. Bricktown is where it’s at, especially Bricktown Brewery.
The heat is pretty brutal, though. Anyone planning to wait outside for merch really needs to take care of themselves out there.

Not getting in until tonight, but looking at the forecast, I'm not touching outside merch unless you can basically walk up and be done. Already decided.
If it is anything like Nashville and St. Louis, it is going to be an unhealthy place. Bring water at least and good luck!

It was blazing today and supposed to be even hotter tomorrow.. Hopefully it's not much more than walk up.. OKC in 2013 was...as was Tulsa 2014...

I'm so jealous you got to go to Fenway. When I heard they were playing Fenway, I cried. I have 4 kids and live in Texas and couldn't drop everything to go. Lived in Massachusetts almost my entire life. I moved to Dallas 6 years ago when my husband got stationed here. USMC recruiting (it was a nightmare). Sooooooo many of my friends were posting videos and pics.
He was stationed in NYC when we met and two days after we moved to Texas was the Global Citizen concert. He didn't tell me that he had won two tickets reserved for service members... because we couldn't go to it. He HAD to report to Dallas the day of. He didn't tell me about that for a while. He knew I would cry. 😂🤦🏻♀️😭

Sounds like bad timing all the way around... sorry about that. But I bet you have friends in Mass that wish they were in OKC tomorrow. They have only played okc a few times. Flew in from San Diego last night. The hotel a mile from venue all packed with Jamily. We all know about second to last shows of tour and OKC always seems to put on a good show. This one is gonna be special
I’m so jealous of all of you that are already there! I don’t arrive until 5:45pm today. Driving up from Dallas. Gotta work at the clinic until about 2:30PM. It’s our surgeons only day to see patients which means it’s the busiest, so I couldn’t take the whole day off 😭. I’ll probably miss all the merch outside by the time I get there.
I’m not even staying near the venue. Making the drive down to Choctaw afterward to try my luck at gambling, lol! We’ll see how that goes. Only done it once in my 32 years.

I am not familiar with GA procedures. Once they let the line in can you go straight to a merch line or do you need to go to the floor first? We had GA in Nashville, but didn’t get there until 6, after the regular doors opened so there was no line left to get in for GA. My flight is supposed to arrive at 3, then I need to get to my hotel and walk over. I figure probably some time around 5.
Maybe a dumb q but is there any covering from the sun? I’m at the Grand Wyndham right near the venue so if there’s a short line I probably wouldn’t mind trying to snag a poster when the merch stand opens compared to later when the doors open, but I’m really not about waiting in this heat lol
