    I've been in back and forth communication on Twitter and email with TM about my SD commerative ticket. THEY ARE USELESS!! I've been saying.... give me my $10 back if you aren't sending

    Don't get me started. I went back and forth with them for weeks about my Beacon one. I got the refund, but am really pissed about not getting the ticket and all the aggravation. Yet, they had no problem sending canceled tickets out for Baltimore, which I did get.

    So how do I get my refund? They are no longer answering my twitter DMs r emails... customer Service disappeared

    I don’t know. I never asked for the refund and when they sent me an email saying they were giving me one I wrote back and said I didn’t want the refund I wanted the ticket. Next day the refund showed up. I was so pissed. I would have waited for the ticket. All I asked was the status of it and they refunded me. I guess the way to get a refund is to tell them you don’t want one. Next day I got a customer survey email from them asking how satisfied I was with the resolution of my issue 🤬.

    Still haven't seen my commemorative ticket for Earthlings show in Chicago February 10th.  Anybody else still having issues?  I email Ticketstoday because, of course, they can't make a human available to call.  Would it be worthwhile to call reach out to Ticketmaster?

    I am in the same boat, as I am still waiting for my tickets for the Beacon show on February 4th. I have emailed Ticketstoday every week and there response is always "the tickets have not been printed and are not ready to ship." The original email with details about these tickets said they would be mailed a few days after the show. Continue to be frustrated by this, not surprised, but frustrated. I have also asked on more than one occasion for a refund, but they continue to say that the tickets are nonrefundable.

    Ticketmaster gave me a refund for my commemorative Beacon ticket. I emailed them a few times asking where it was. I did not even want a refund, just the ticket. And then I get an email saying it has been refunded and the money showed up in my account. I had bought it as an add-on through Ticketmaster. So maybe that is different from Ticketstoday.

    I never got mine and had to message TM constantly to either refund the $10 or tell me when I'll get the ticket.... FINALLY .. got the $10

    It was the customer service email on the Ticketmaster website. I want to warn you that you will want to beat your head against the wall before you finally get help from them. For me it was two weeks of several emails and unsatisfactory replies before it was resolved.

    After 18 weeks and over a dozen emails with seven different customer service representatives, the commemorative tickets arrived today. What a long strange trip this was.

    Can anyone post a picture of their commemorative ticket from the 2/10/22 Chicago show? I never received my commemorative ticket and would like to create a duplicate on Stubforge. I'd like for it to look as close to the one I should have received
