I have not gotten my Beacon one either. I have had a few useless emails back and forth with Ticketmaster since when I bought it on January 20th I was told it would be mailed out in 10-14 days. Ticketmaster was no help at all when I pointed this out to them. So, who knows when they will show up.

Nothing for Seattle yet, but I imagine it will take longer with the border crossing. I did upgrade my tickets once by selling a fan on f2f, and buying another pair. I don't believe that cancelled the ticket order. Plus we should be getting it for the other night 2. hopefully they arrive soonish.
I got a pair of the tickets in the mail yesterday, for the platinum tickets I ordered under my wife's TM account.
Haven't recieved the ones for the ones we got via verified fan that I sold after upgrading to better verified fan seats. I don't believe the refunded it after we sold the tickets, so hopefully they are on their way too.
Did anyone receive the ticket stubs for Newark? Im not even sure who to contact at this point but the show was 7 weeks ago. The 10-14 days to wait for the tickets long since passed.
I never got Beacon. I have had several infuriating and unproductive emails with Ticketmaster customer service about this. I keep getting stock replies to my question about this. I don’t know why they even bother having a customer service department at this point.

...to justify the service fees?
Maybe they had to let go of the person that fixes the fake ticket printer jams.
In our situation we got the ones for the night we bought platinum tickets and kept those tickets.
There was another night, that we bought verified fan tickets, sold them, and then bought better fan2fan tickets.
When we sold the tickets on fan2fan, it never refunded the $10 for the commemorative tickets, so I have to assumed they're still coming, even though we didn't use that pair of tickets. It doesn't cancel the $10 ticket order when you do that.
Problem is the first pair arrived a week ago, but we've never seen any for the 2nd pair. I'm getting the feeling TM just bags the $10?

Yes. And they had no problem sending the one for the cancelled Baltimore show which just opened the wound even further. But they won’t send me the EV Beacon where I actually went and enjoyed the show.
I received one of the two chicago shows pairs in the mail.....

Weird turn of events. I got my commemorative tickets for the 2/21 show in Seattle today. Except... I also got them over a month ago. Still no sign of the tickets that were under my wife's name for the 2nd night.
Me neither. And when I sent an email about it they just refunded me without asking if that was what I wanted. At least I got my money back if they are not going to be sending the tickets. $10 per person is a lot of money for them without sending out the product we paid for.
I'm hopeful that they're sending them out now, if for some reason I got a duplicate set. Seems really random how TM mails these things out. Some people get them, some people don't. They show up at different times all over the place. Sometimes you get duplicates...
I've been in back and forth communication on Twitter and email with TM about my SD commerative ticket. THEY ARE USELESS!! I've been saying.... give me my $10 back if you aren't sending

Don't get me started. I went back and forth with them for weeks about my Beacon one. I got the refund, but am really pissed about not getting the ticket and all the aggravation. Yet, they had no problem sending canceled tickets out for Baltimore, which I did get.
So how do I get my refund? They are no longer answering my twitter DMs r emails... customer Service disappeared
I don’t know. I never asked for the refund and when they sent me an email saying they were giving me one I wrote back and said I didn’t want the refund I wanted the ticket. Next day the refund showed up. I was so pissed. I would have waited for the ticket. All I asked was the status of it and they refunded me. I guess the way to get a refund is to tell them you don’t want one. Next day I got a customer survey email from them asking how satisfied I was with the resolution of my issue 🤬.
Still haven't seen my commemorative ticket for Earthlings show in Chicago February 10th. Anybody else still having issues? I email Ticketstoday because, of course, they can't make a human available to call. Would it be worthwhile to call reach out to Ticketmaster?

I am in the same boat, as I am still waiting for my tickets for the Beacon show on February 4th. I have emailed Ticketstoday every week and there response is always "the tickets have not been printed and are not ready to ship." The original email with details about these tickets said they would be mailed a few days after the show. Continue to be frustrated by this, not surprised, but frustrated. I have also asked on more than one occasion for a refund, but they continue to say that the tickets are nonrefundable.

Ticketmaster gave me a refund for my commemorative Beacon ticket. I emailed them a few times asking where it was. I did not even want a refund, just the ticket. And then I get an email saying it has been refunded and the money showed up in my account. I had bought it as an add-on through Ticketmaster. So maybe that is different from Ticketstoday.
