EV - Beacon Theatre Question

Hey,
I am flying into NY for the Friday show.  I'm wondering if anyone knows any of the details around when to show up at the venue?  What time does it open?
I'd really like to get there in time to pick up a poster, ect.

I have tickets to 2/3. Doors open at 6:30.

Posters will likely sell fast. If you want to increase your odds at getting one. Line up early. If you show up when doors open you likely will miss out on some stuff. Enjoy the show!

Do posters for EV really go fast? It’s a smaller venue. I’ve left seeing a stack of posters by the door before.

Also he may have one poster for the full tour.

Depends. Photos are usually circulating ahead of show time and the hype goes based on that.

Winter weather might ultimately decide how early people line up before doors open, so keep watch on Facebook/Instagram/forums and I'm sure someone will share a preview of the poster. If you miss out, give yourself some time after the show to check eBay (or for a poster drop here) - usually prices are highest within a few days of the event until everyone runs to get the next one. You can also follow the artist and try to get one when they sell their editions.

I do want to get a poster for the show I go to in Chicago, but if it is too cold and nasty I am not sure I will want to line up really early. 🥶 And I am really sure my wife won’t want to.

Yeah. You can always land one after. I tend to go nuts trying to get one right away. Something about being first in the door with piles of fresh merch. I have/had a problem. May be over it, but I'm not hitting any shows.  Will see next time.
