Some names could be made up, there isn’t a high bar for making edits on Wiki. Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean it’s true. I googled one of the names & nothing came up…. The wiki link had nothing. I looked at a few of the others and some of these people were born in the 1940s..23scidoo said:

You are right, i was wrong..more than 108!!..Merkin Baller said:you really need to do better homework.“Reuters looked into the list of 108 names provided by Real Time News (bit.ly/32pqrt7 , page 6). It appears to be compiled using news reports of the deaths of 108 people, aged 12 – 64, worldwide.Among the sports attributed to the names are American football, archery, athletics, badminton, ballet, baseball, basketball, body building, boxing, canoeing, cricket, cycling, field hockey, footvolley, handball, ice hockey, rugby (league and union), soccer, table tennis, tennis, volleyball and weightlifting. While it is true that many of the deaths were linked in news reports to heart issues, there is no current evidence that they prove a common link between COVID-19 vaccines and fatality. In 53 cases, a cause of death was reported. These include heart attacks brought on by previously known or unknown heart conditions, while others included prior COVID-19 infections, a cerebral aneurysm, a traumatic brain injury, a motorbike accident, one suicide, two suspected suicides, heat stroke, and a rare congenital condition – anomalous origin of coronary artery. Moreover, one case was reported in August 2019, prior to the pandemic, and another had a family confirm their relative was not vaccinated. Some of the listed deaths also occurred prior to vaccine rollouts for respective age groups in certain countries.“

You’re doing great, here.
These aren’t young athletes dying from the vaccine…. Whatever argument you’re trying to make, you’re doing a terrible job of it.We’re 3 years past the vaccine rollout, and people aren’t dropping like flies from the vaccine. The truth hurts, I know.
lol, people without vaccines don't die?
I haven't seen any material that suggests excess deaths in vaccinated vs unvaccinated people?
I also always assumed that that mortality might decrease due to other factors, like a homogonized food supply (where most of us now eat mass produced, unhealthy food), or plastic/teflon pollution in almost everything. So scientifically it would be nice to have more information to to separate, are vaccines causing this, or is it other things in the environment. Maybe it's both, I don't know. Never done any science on it
nope. read it on the internet. an obscure website. totally believable. its true.....

As if Wikipedia was a reliable source, but ok… of the 1st 21 names listed, only 4 people are under the age of 70.(I stopped reading after that… did any of those people even exist?)23scidoo said:
Some of the listed deaths also occurred prior to vaccine rollouts for respective age groups in certain countries.“

and thats only in football, ok??..

Question for those of you who had the most recent Moderna vaccination (late 2923/ early 2024): How well did you do with that vaccination? I got it in November of 2023, just shy of three months ago. Did you have adverse side affects more or less or same as previous vaccinations?I'm curious because this last one was brutal for me. I was down really hard for close to three days afterward and have had iffy health ever since. I get frequent days where I feel certain I am coming down with a flu bug or some virus, yet within a few to several hours or occasionally close to a full day, feel like my normal only semi-crappy self again (I almost never feel truly well). Stamina and energy are down. I've developed an autoimmune issue that mainly has manifested itself as ulcerated oral lichen planus (not cancer- I've had two biopsies that were both negative for cancer- and am told will have the autoimmune issue for the rest of my life).
I'm not saying these issues were caused by the vaccine, but I certainly cannot rule that out. Doctors don't seem to know. I've tested for COVID several times and always test negative, so it's not that.
So I'm just curious if any of you have had issues since getting the last vaccination. Maybe it's just my age, but honestly, I was hoping to do better than this until at least into my 80s. Maybe I just drew a bum card, I don't know."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -

Thanks so much!
It could be worse, and I know/ have know people with much worse, and I do try to remember that things could be a lot worse. I just really hope none of this is vaccine related. I've been very good about getting all of the vaccinations.

I had moderna for my 3rd shot. The day after, it was similar to a Pfizer. Sore arm, kind of lathargic and felt a bit off. The problem was later that night about 24 hours after the shot I developed an insanely bad fever. I tried to bury myself under all the blankets in the house because I couldn't stop shivering. Ended up getting heat rash all over myself. It was a shitty weekend.I almost didn't get a fourth but I waited extra months for pfizer shots to be around, and luckily it was pfizer.I haven't bothered on a 5th shot. I had covid once in May 2022. I've been sick 3 times since, none of which have been covid. I dunno. I'm good. The most sick I've been in the last 8 years was from the moderna shot.0

I was going to get a booster then I got covid. My 2nd time.Sorry to hear if your struggles Brian .Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0

I got the first 2 rounds and 1 booster. Haven't gotten one since. Why? Two main reasons, i got covid and since then never again, even after riding in a car for 8 hours, staying in the same room with, and riding another 8 hours in car with someone that tested positive the day after our last car ride.
The second, I think I'm just a bit lazy. Get flu shot at work, if I could get the covid shot at the same time I would. But I've gotten complacent and lazy about it.
Brian - I wish you well. I hope whatever you have going on improves for you. Feeling poorly really sucks.hippiemom = goodness0 -

I only had the 2 Moderna shots and 1 booster. Got lazy I guess. I had Covid in summer of 2022 during the PJ spread event (haha) and just a few weeks ago had covid but was not bad. Felt worse with the flu I got 1st week of January. I tested negative twice for Covid then but who know.
I have never gotten a flu shot. I do need to get a shingles vaccine.
I hope you start getting better and better days, BrianSo I'll just lie down and wait for the dream

Interesting. My wife and I stayed Covid free on one of those group tours through Alaska last fall. Halfway through, coughing throughout the bus was becoming prevalent. Two of the few conscientious couples got tested and disappeared. I'd say about a 3rd of the 50 or so people had Covid by the end (hooray for those on their flights home). We never got it. We'd both had it about 8 months earlier. I never really thought that our first bouts with it could be why we dodged the bullet. But we were about 11 months removed from our last vaccinations. So maybe that was why we stayed covid-free. The night before one of the couples got ill, we'd eaten dinner directly across from them (albeit, outdoors).cincybearcat said:I got the first 2 rounds and 1 booster. Haven't gotten one since. Why? I never considered it because I also know people that have had it three times.

Vaccinations have never made me feel anything other than a sore arm...except that last moderna I had made me feel outrageously lethargic and like I might vomit for about 12 hours (most in bed).brianlux said:Question for those of you who had the most recent Moderna vaccination (late 2923/ early 2024): How well did you do with that vaccination? Your story makes me more nervous because this seems like a potential longer term impact. Even that bad three days, as un-fun as that is, doesn't strike me as worrying. But what you've been going through since makes me nervous. Hopefully you get it all figured out...Best of luck.1995 Milwaukee 1998 Alpine, Alpine 2003 Albany, Boston, Boston, Boston 2004 Boston, Boston 2006 Hartford, St. Paul (Petty), St. Paul (Petty) 2011 Alpine, Alpine 2013 Wrigley 2014 St. Paul 2016 Fenway, Fenway, Wrigley, Wrigley 2018 Missoula, Wrigley, Wrigley 2021 Asbury Park 2022 St Louis 2023 Austin, Austin 2024 Napa, Wrigley, Wrigley 2025 Nashville (II)0
