Moline Vault #10 - lost in the Mail HELP!!

After waiting a year for Vault #10 I was just told by TenC that my copy was lost in the mail and they don’t have a replacement. 

Can anyone help? Anyone have a extra copy they would sell me? Please, please, please!!!
