Just want to make sure he's ok after what the Cubs did today.  Absolutely brutal.

    I don’t know about Eddie, but my son is a huge Cubs fan and he has definitely had better days.

    At least your son is a modern Cubs fan.
    Recall when we were kids that the Cubs pulled shit like this with their fans all of the time...always finding new ways to horrify and disappoint.  Recently, they actually won one.

    Growing up in Red Sox country the "1918" statement was a mic dropper.  Didn't matter who your team was, you could always shut those bastards down with "1918"
    Was such a sad day for many when the Sox finally won a World Series.
    Imagine many Cubs haters felt the same when the Cubs won.

    The Cardinals fan around here didn’t miss a beat. They just pointed out how many WS titles they had won since the Cubs had last won. Haters are always going to hate.
