depending on my mood, but the "Given to Fly" from St Louis on the Touring Band 2000 DVD always gets me going. I almost always hear/see it when I'm working out on my stationary bike so maybe the endorphins flowing helps...and the chick signing the song.

Any live song on a bootleg where I was there, and there is serious crowd participation. See Boston I '06 bootleg, the crowd is sooo fucking loud, right from the get go.
My buddy came with me to that show and it was his first PJ show. When the crowd started singing along to Release, he just looked at me with this huge grin on his face. Awesome.
Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"
Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"
black, release, immortality, indifference, long road...
a long and distinguished list (to paraphrase top gun -- sorry...) that could go on for a while. and that's just the studio stuff. live stuff...it could be anything based on the presentation. :-)

9/11 Tribute version of Long Road gives me the chills each time I see the video.
