Does anyone know if it's cheap to park anywhere near MSG these days?  If I win/get tickets to the show, I'd most likely be taking the train in from CT, but I am not looking forward to the train ride back since it's 90 minutes, usually cuckoos are somewhere on the train and I don't know when the last train leaves MSG for CT.  I don't mind taking the train in, but I'm thinking about driving to Stamford or a little bit closer to MSG and then park and then drive home from there after the show.

Sorry I missed the discussion...where did the rumor for the ballparks come from?  Is it just a guess or hopeful group that PJ is adding ballparks to the tour?
someone from a facebook group claimed a credible source had named four or five locations with dates. I booked a Chicago hotel, refundable of course, just in case.
Do you have a link from the Facebook post?  I'm interested since I have decided to try for the Camden show because I had my doubts about a Boston show this year.
8/12, 14 Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL
    8/17 Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD
    8/20 Fenway Park, Boston, MA
(maybe) 8/24 Washington-Grizzly Stadium, Missoula, MT
8/26, 28 Lumen Field, Seattle, WA
This is the real deal (at least as far as rumours go)? Ooh. That’d be nice indeed.
"someone from a facebook group claimed a credible source"
Ha, yeah, not putting too much faith in that.

remember when people had the Canadian dates lined up? they were off slightly.. It's hard to say with the ballpark shows.

Use SpotHero app a couple days before and don’t put that you are going to the show.

Thanks for the response.  I'm a NOOB, so without Googling, what is SpotHero?

I think a lot of what made Oakland high demand was that it was the end of the tour and both dates were on the weekend. I would presume a lot of that has lessened now.
weekend back to backs are fun.. mid week prob not.. I would guess Thus in OAK will be much less demand now, with Friday being high- I have both OAK and before the SAT tickets were the ones I wanted the most, but got GA in the lottery for Sunday and recall thinking I wanted GA more for SAT.  I did get them via F2F but now not sure I can even make a Thursday show.

Now put in for SD and Sac to go with Friday OAK.

I wouldn't call it "cheap" (it is reasonable by NY standards...) but this is my favorite parking place for MSG:

But when I used that I was coming from NJ and it was super easy on / off to the Lincoln tunnel.

I live in Stamford. You need to catch the express from GCT which is usually around 11:30ish and its a bearable 50 minutes. Miss that and its 90 minutes of torture. Stamford train station is right next to I95.

I second then use of SpotHero.  Use it whenever I go into NYC and it saves money.

I had one negative experience with it though.  I took my kids up for Comic-Con last fall and when I showed the attendant the spothero reservation he told me I still had to pay the rate on the sign outside.  I complained a little and he basically told me either pay the difference between what I paid on the app and the posted rate or find somewhere else to park.  I didn’t want to deal with the hassle so I paid the extra money.  When I got home I called spothero and complained.  They just asked me to send them a photo of the receipt and they refunded me the money.

It specifically says 2 tickets, so don't know why would be cancelled if put in for 1 more.

I mean If you already had tickets for 2020. So even if you had 1 for 2020 you can try for another? I've never purchased 2 tickets to separate parts of the arena before so I don't know how that'll work? So for example if you have 1 ticket to MSG. You can try for another 1 for the same show? They're not going to be next to each other. Unless you had GA and you get another GA

To be clear. I'm not trying for tickets. I already have

This is an unprecedented situation (I think) but if you only got 1 in the first draw I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to get 1 more

What if you bought tickets that were 10c tickets, but then bought them off fan2fan so they are no longer 10c tickets.

We have GA's for Oakland for both nights and we're trying to get a 3rd friend to meet use there.  My GA tickets I got from Fan2Fan for night 1, so I put in for a single on night 2.  My friend who is also a 10c'er did the inverse, as he already won night 2, and put in for a single gA for night 1.

Hopefully we can pull it off, or at least 1 night.  Friend hasn't been able to come back to Canada due to covid and visa issues, so meeting him the US would be epic :)

I don't know about the other cities, but Fenway only has 12 permits for concerts this year - the only one not spoken for is August 20th. So, if they're playing Fenway, that's the day.

Getting pretty late to be announcing ballpark concerts. Guessing Chicago gets Lolla at end of July and then the band takes off the month of August. Could see some arenas getting added in October.
Been screaming this. Lolla goes on sale next week same as PJ I don’t necessarily think that’s a coincidence. Or it is, what do I know. Since they don’t have much of a stage show it’d be an easy pay day for them to just show up after Europe and bust out a 2 hour set and go home.

Well two more GA tickets for Oakland 2 are up for grabs, and a 10c single to Oakland 1 and LA 2.  Bummed to let these go but is what it is.  Hopefully replace with Vegas and Nashville.
