If anything, Dimi just got a lot of people to double check fan club membership status without the band didn’t need to put out a little tweet message. But if we don’t hear anything tomorrow about any shows (rescheduled/fest appearance/new dates) I might lose my mind.

Dimi is cool. The guy isn't out to troll anyone.   If we should be mad at anyone it should be PJ and the promoters.
    Yeah…this.

I know many of us are frustrated but let’s focus that at the right place

My first reaction was, "Ugh, a video. Why can't news sites include the transcript?"
My reaction when the video played was relief that it wasn't a video-only press release.

Actually, this is my fault.  I actually created COVID19.  I have a world map, and against my usual practice, I put pins in the location of 2020 US and Euro tour cities I was going to visit in January 2020.  It jinxed it.

How amazing would it be... First rescheduled show, the lights go dim, we hear the opening of Release, the lights come up, and they launch into this song, then leave the stage.

The one bit of speculation I could see is waiting for a festival announcement...and the only one big enough / meaningful enough and will be announcing a lineup in a few weeks where PJ could be waiting would be Lolla

I mean if they are announcing new dates, like a Lolla appearance, that's great. Take all the time you need to hype that up. But, regarding the re-scheduled shows, they've already done the hype thing, sold the tickets right? So now those of us that have had our tickets for 2 years now have to go through the same rigmarole just to get a date for the rescheduled shows?  All this in the backdrop of seeing both Eddie and PJ play at Ohana, and seeing them promote and schedule all of the shows for the Earthlings. In the grand scheme of things, it's  certainly not the most pressing issue, but the way it has been handled is mildly frustrating to say the least.

I know there's nothing normal about the last couple of years... but can anyone remember a tour announcement for which they DIDN'T send out the reminder about making sure 10C memberships are up to date?

They did....in January 2020!  (i'm still thinking we get a first announcement for the postponed shows, maybe tease new shows then - and then separately roll out info for any new shows).

Noted. I couldn't remember how things have gone down in recent years.

Jimmy, I don't remember seeing a comment like that, but I also haven't been paying terribly close attention either, you could be right.

I will be surprised if they announce new dates without the usual heads up. but I do hope you folks who have been holding tickets / have had money tied up get answers soon.

I can absolutely empathize with your frustrations.

"Stay Tuned!" was hyperlinked over to the tour page in February's newsletter at the bottom of the Baltimore cancellation blurb. I thought there was more than that but nope. So to your point this is unusual.
