Tommy a great suggestion. But if you really want a true Pearl Jam pick me up, go with Quadrophenia. Got me and Ed through some tough times....

  • i've had lots of "it" moments - and for me the song that helps most is constantly changing, depending on circumstances. Think about your friend's situation and then go with your gut.

    but these helped me most:

    yellow ledbetter
    alive
    down
    breath
    immortality
If I had known then...what I know now...

    the vic ~ 8.2.07
eV at The Ryman ~ 6.18.09
    st. louis ~ 5.4.10
If we all did a little, together we could make a BIG difference....wanna help us?

ohh there are so many moments... so many songs that got me through it...

Indifference (I think it feels awesome when you're down, makes you wanna hold on)
Black (that last verse... come on, we've all been there...)
Porch (especially when I'm mad at the world)
Release (if you lost someone I think this is "THE" song)
Betterman (got me through a really bad time, I'm not proud this song is on this list, but it has to...)
Footsteps (don't know why I love this song so much and I always tend to listen to it when I'm sad... but it helps me)
Given To Fly (really makes me feel like flying, at least for 4 minutes)
Come Back (this is my Pj song stuck in my mind for the day)
Thin Air, Corduroy, Nothing As It Seems... and so many more
