    When I posted this on one of those Facebook groups many, MANY folks said don't buy. Not trusted. Yada yada.
    Well, I'm glad to see those who placed the order scored a Pearl Jam Funko Set for only $9.99.

    Maybe that’s the scam. Send a few out for $9.99 to generate some excitement and then keep everyone’s money once all the orders come rolling in.

    I’m in the UK and have been using zavvi for many years. Great company. Just a shame this is for US only.

    Why would it be a scam? Everyone who is interested in these has one or two or several sets already and it's not something that interests the general public as such. They are just trying to get rid of extra stock.

    I ordered a set along with the White Stripes set and they were shipped out in 2-3 days.

    I ordered from Stop N Shop but contested the charge with my credit card company and it was reversed.  The processing bank assumes that risk if the vendor goes out of business and does not fulfill the orders.

    My order from Zavvi made it on Christmas Eve. $17 shipped.

    I preordered one from them, but used a debit card, and by the time they shut down and ghosted everybody, the transaction had occurred too long in the past to be contested. The last correspondence I received from them was that they were processing my refund and then they shut down the operation.

    For those who have gotten these (I ordered one for the $17), do you guys plan on taking the figures out of the box and displaying, or keeping them in the packaging and displaying that way?
