    These judges went way lighter than the sought after recommendations , inexplicably so....
    So did they lie under oath in hopes of getting a reduced sentence, or when they were able to yell to the crowd.  It's likely they lied while under oath to save their skins and were telling the truth after, but who knows?  I have never put all that much stock into sworn depositions, being under oath etc. good liars can and will lie anytime.
