Ohana Merch

Has anyone had trouble with their Ohana merch.  I ordered a few things. I received an envelope and invoice for the 2 zippos I ordered today but there was only one zippo in the envelope.  The package seemed undamaged/untampered.  Not sure what to do here.  The invoice stated two and I was charged for two.  Anyone else receive something like this?

    I haven’t received my order yet.  But I would just email them and explain it.  If those items were made to order you want to get in touch with them while they still might have spares.

    i got one the other day.  scheduled for delivery on saturday.

    They haven't shipped everything.  I got a notification for some stuff but not everything.  I will say they were super prompt.  I emailed last night showing a pic of my invoice.  I didn't get an email response but I got another shipping notification today for the missing zippo.

    My poster order confirmation says it will ship on 11/15.  I haven't heard otherwise at this point.

    Zippo delivered today.  Customer service is on it!  I ordered a few other things that I assume will be around that November date they first advertised.

    Pretty much all 2020 Surf Association Lighter, Sticker, Button, Water Bottle & Ohana Event Poster .. all will begin shipping November 15th for me. The Wild Mask though already shipped out day's back.
