Texas just revoked the water break laws that other cities passed. They state that business' are handcuffed and forced to do something that isn't even federally mandated.
I see this one both ways. On the outside it's a bad look. Seems like lawmakers don't care about the workers. It also halts production if you are stopping for 10 minutes every 4 hours.
On the inside the employer has to let an employee have water or sometimes even supply it for them if there is no potable water on site. If that is denied then they would be breaking OSHA regulations.
