    The biggest thing that pissed me off today is my own anxiety. I had to have a medical procedure carried out and I was a prisoner in my own head for the 12 or so hours leading up to it. The physical relief that I felt afterwards was intense. I was so wound up over something that was fine.

    Glad you are ok. Medical procedures can cause a lot of undue anxiety.
