Serious question. besides the fact that he’s rich, famous, equally awesome wife/kids,

Facts

House in Hawaii!!!!!!!!!

When he met his hero Pete Townsend, Pete said “I’ve been wanting to meet you.”

Played onstage at his childhood spot Wrigley Field for the 1st time with his other hero Bruce Springsteen

DJ’d the first Foo Fighters songs on live radio

Got to hangout in the locker room with the greatest team ever when the Bulls won the title in 1996 and then in 1997 and perfectly somehow in 1998 (the band must have known game 7 wouldn’t happen)

Been apart of every major Cubs game since 1998 especially the win

Got to hug Ernie Banks, in a Cubs Uniform, on Wrigley Field!!!!! 

Arguably more popular now than ever

There’s soo much more. I’m just happy that I stuck with this band this long, through all the BS after No Code and “are they still a band” that I’ve heard countless times, which all stopped about 5 years ago. I feel like everyone knows they’re still a band and a tougher ticket than most. 

Think about it, we could have all thrown our fandom into any other band then
