I heard the Virginia Beach 8/3/00 version today I think for the first time.  Excellent version.  I previously thought Jones Beach 8/24/00 was the debut of that song.  Does anyone know if there was one before Virginia Beach?

    VA Beach was the debut, being the first show on the tour after the Roskilde incident.

    Yes, according to the Stat Tracker, "It's Ok" was first performed on 11/3/96 in Berlin.  Very next performance did not come again until 8/3/00 in Virginia Beach.  Tour history page confirms it.

    Yes, The VA Beach performance was an incredibly emotional one, as it was the first since the events of Roskilde.

    It is actually Androgyneus Mind by Sonic Youth. Eddie is chanting ”hey hey it’s ok, hey hey It’s ok” during it. Different song than It’s Ok by Dead Moon

    I will second/confirm this.

    Lots of great versions after 2000, as well:
    2006: Cleveland, Dublin, Lisbon
    2011: Toronto, Winnipeg, Porto Alegre
    2012: Berlin, Oslo
    2014: Milan
    There are many more but these ones have always stood out to me.

    Yup, He is singing "hey hey it's ok"

    I wonder why they have this listed as "it's ok" even on the website.

    I have the Virginia Beach version. It is excellent. Very emotional.
