For those who played the 2nd game i think we can all agree that 3 seasons for the 2nd game is the right approach.

Also i really hope they stick with what happens early in the game because without that there is no story after whatsoever.

Agreed 100%. That game was an all timer for sure. It would be GoT season 8 level dumb if they changed that part of the story.

Thats a cool story. I wonder why Mike wa son set. Even if he's doing some guitar dubbing, he wouldn't be on set. He just a fan of the show and got invited as a guest?

they have to play the song on the first or second episode the most ,

 its where joel sings it to ellie

they have to kill joel at least in ep. 3 ou 4(season 1 is 7 ep. i think isnt) , without joel´s death there isnt any story what so ever. his death is the trigger for all that happens in the 2nd game.

They are breaking the game into 3 seasons i read somewhere. this would be how i would break the story

Season 2 - joel´s death and ellie quest to find abby , probably ends in the theatre where abby almost kills ellie
Season 3 - Abby´s side of story and the whole Seraphite arc with Lev
Season 4 - short season with Ellie and Abby going to the fireflies and their final fight

This isn’t the MCU, and the game had already introduced this “different timeline.” Basically it was Druckmann’s favourite song at the time, which is why he wanted to use it in that specific scene. It would be weird if it isn't in the show. 

I also hope PJ includes it in their spring setlists.
