I still don’t feel the magic of 7:00. Bottom three song for me. Top three live songs of this album will be: quick escape retrograde (they will jam the hell out of the end) who ever said
I have not either, Mcgruff. I’ve tried and tried to feel it, but I am not really digging 7 O’Clock at all. I’m actually not even sure I like it.
But, like other songs, I’m sure once I hear it live I will be blown away. I hope so anyway!

I’ve had enough time with the vinyl to rank these songs. I like all of them, but side B is played first for me, every time. This will change over time, always does.

I played the album for the first time in 6 weeks today. I wanted to remember my list back in May. Curious where I’m at now and of course things changed.

There isn’t a bad song on this record, which I can’t say about Lightning Bolt (I’m talking to you SBM and Future Days). Solid “Comeback” album.
NME nailed it... it’s a solid effort, just don’t expect it to change your life

Quick escape dropping a little over time, still love it. Seven o'clock has really grown on me. Never destination has risen over time, but I think it's about where it will end. River Cross might continue to move up, but it will have a hard time jumping the songs above it. Love this album.

Interesting to see Retrograde below Buckle Up.
I don't tend to care much for the acoustic songs but I do like Retrograde....the outro is what does it for me

Total weighted album rating = 7.5 / 10.0
My weighted score seems low. I love this album and would give it much more than 75 / 100 or 3 out of 4 stars. Forget everything I just said. I give the album 8.8 / 10.0 overall as a great straight-through listen and only one song I don't really care for in "Buckle Up," (sorry, Stone).

I'm nearly right in line with the last two members, as I feel like Superblood Wolfmoon and River Cross are the two best of many great songs on Gigaton.
About 11 months after the album's release, I still like Superblood Wolfmoon and River Cross best on Gigaton. However, the song that has grown on me more than any other is Seven O'clock. I'd say that one's in third place on my list at this point. Gigaton will have real staying power with me. I think I'll continue listening to the new album as much as their five albums from the 1990s, Riot Act, and Lost Dogs.
