Its incredible stuff. I don't remember actually seeing anything about that famous gig. Dont know if there was ever a pic released or anything. Open to correction on that. I had to stick the gig on. Wma is fabulous.

Thanks for sharing that little slice of heaven. That video was shot 5 days before I saw my first PJ show at the Patriot Center. Watching this video made me sadly nostalgic - all that glorious flowing hair.

King's X was the support act in Spring '94. I had just seen them at the PJ tour stop in Memphis a week or so before Atlanta.

Your first show was Fairfax on the day Kurt Cobain was found dead? That must have been intense.

Yes, it was. I remember hearing the news on the radio while I was at work. My boyfriend at the time picked me up from work and we were going to go out and have some drinks before heading to the Patriot Center. When he picked me up, he hadn't heard the news about Kurt Cobain yet. So, I had to tell him. The show definitely was intense. You could feel it in the crowd. I think they dedicated Neil Young's "My My Hey Hey" to him (It's better to burn out, than to fade away) - Definitely, a memorable first PJ show.
