lollapalooza Paris/Europe Refunds?

Hello,
Has anyone figured out if they are offering refunds yet? I was traveling from the US and bought a VIP ticket.  My daughter is off to college next summer and a solo trip to Europe is not in the cards.

    Has anyone had any luck with updates on Lolla as well as other European shows?  I realize this is not a top priority considering the circumstances but Im hoping for an update.

    Nothing yet ... Ticketmaster has been deleting my comments on their site continually .... They are blaming Lolla and Lolla won’t respond to emails or social media posts/comments 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I only know Lolla Stockholm has been giving refunds pretty quickly

    Did you get an email from Lolla or Ticketmaster?

    Pretty sure it was Lolla. I bought the ticket directly from their website

    My Ticketmaster experience has been terrible soon far .. so disappointed

    Lolla Stockholm refunds were via Ticketmaster.se.

    I did get the email from Ticketmaster announcing the date was rescheduled.  I have had zero luck getting a response on my refund for Paris.

    Any chance anyone knows if you can get a refund for Lolla Paris?
    ...just got a fresh bottle.
