Had a difficult time choosing between Harris and Klobuchar, but Klobuchar is in the most important electoral college region (Trump nearly won MN in 16 and it’s in the same general region as key states WI MI and PA). Most importantly, she demonstrated her superior skill over Harris during the campaign. Democrats really need to energize the base, which makes Harris higher on the list than she should be. Busing, hmmm.

Wish I lived in a world where a politician who demonstrates skill, straightforwardness and compassion publicly on a daily basis could be on the ticket, but it is unlikely an establishment NY democrat would ever get to the White House in this era.

I tried to add “other” but was limited to 10 :)

    You really like Booker?

    Booker!
Booker would have to go full-on Juwanna Mann to be selected. Remember, Joe’s picking a woman. The country’s first affirmative action presidential running-mate!

Which ever (or whomever) gains him the most votes.  I don't care who that is.  I don't care that Biden might not be more than just a so-so president.  All I care about is that Trump is not re-elected.  Period!

Cuomo is generating TV time that's second only to Trump ... seems like a logical choice unless you did something stupid like make an unforced proclamation that comes back to bite you in the butt.

Any Bernie votes not already guaranteed by the need to defeat Trump are unlikely to be guaranteed by AOC or anyone else.

I checked it out and you are correct.  That s crazy!

In 1783, William Pitt The Younger became the youngest prime minister of England at the age of 24.  He worked with William Wilberforce to end slavery in Great Britain.  I see no reason to have younger people in a higher office.  Old people suck.

Oh, wait, I'm old.  Strike that last comment.

I change mine to Stacey Abrams.  If African Americans stay home like they did in 2016, it's gonna be tough to beat the rigged machines.

Amy Klobuchar.  I think she is the most qualified and there is something about her I find rather sexy.  I'm sure I'm in the minority with the latter statement, but I have a very broad taste in women.

    Gretchen Whitmer (Michigan governor)
I had a hard time choosing between Whitmer and Klobuchar.

Cuomo has done a remarkable job at standing up for himself and his state. But Joe already committed to picking a woman as his running mate.

What Brian just said, I agree. I'll add if his choice can be a woman to earn a win I'll take that in a heartbeat.

If, no when Biden wins he'll be walking into a critical economic situation similar to what Obama had to deal with. Why is it that a Democratic president has to come into office with the economy in shambles?

Looks like Whitmer is taking some heat from the conservative faction over her stay at home order.

The headline doesn't really tell the story. She's doing crazy stuff like not allowing Target to sell things like seeds, gardening equipment, baby car seats, or paint. If you have an in-state vacation house, you're not allowed to travel to it. It's hard enough to stay at home; if you don't give people some leeway they'll give it up altogether soon.
