    I don’t think Vote For Change is an official release like the rest of the dvds. Also Water On The Road is not about Pearl Jam but EV solo. 
    And he still gives his love,
    he just gives it away...

    It was also sent out to a chosen few on DVD.

    Something shot on super-8 deserves a better fate than that film.

    I think the creators had it up on vimeo in higher quality for a while. Now they only have selected snippets.

    If the material was only scanned in SD, then rescan it and remove all the interviews and stuff (that is now "obsolete") and make it a pure concert film. Add a few songs etc.

    Word.  Those were some choice years of the band with not a lot of documentation to go along
