    That is all that matters because the goal was achieved, and you got what you wanted. People say "I paid too much, but..." I disagree. Getting what you want and being happy is all that matters. Never look back or wonder what if. Congratulate yourself for being proactive, and working for it. I would not tell others either. Second guessing yourself is for pussies.

    Totally agree.  Great words.  Trust me deal was fair, and no one walked away second guessing.  So thrilled, to be getting a home show rarity, on my wall finally!!
