Target is the winner with disinfectant wipes, bleach spray and hand sanitizer.  (Germ-x -> $5.99 for 32 ounces.) Sam's Club was selling smaller bottles for far more money. Still no Lysol anywhere.

As yesterday was our anniversary, and we've entered phase 2 here in MA and outdoor dining is open, we ventured for our first dinner out since early March. And got to wear the new masks I got for us:

Today I finally found select-a-size paper towels. For the last month I could only find the rolls where you had to tear off the full sheet. I never need a paper towel sheet that big and it uses up the roll really fast. So I was very excited to find the select a size rolls again. Still no Purell. I bought some off brand hand sanitizer that smells really bad. It is so off putting I don’t even want to use it. What is the deal with Purell taking so long. Have any of you found that actual brand yet

I live down the road maybe 15 minutes from Gojo, the manufacturer of Purell, and we don't see it here either.

I love the select-a-size rolls.  They're all we use (and have been fortunate to find here).

Some restaurants here have added sundries and disinfectant items to their delivery and to-go menus.

Nine bucks for a bottle of sanitizer?  Bloody hell no!
  • No Purell anywhere.  I did find GermX at the local Meijers many times, no funky smell to that brand. Sometimes ALDI's will have their brand of hand sanitizer, never noticed any odors with that one either.  In either case, get to the stores as soon as they open in the morning if you want any hand sanitizers or certain cleaning products.  Everything sells out fast.
    Good luck to you.

Found this at Sam's Club a few days ago for the bargain price of $8.98. Found a 4 pack of large cans of Lysol there a week ago for $16.98.

We hadn't seen wipes in a few months and had been looking for Lysol brand disinfectant spray since before this whole thing started.

Wow.  We are still working on March purchases for cleaning supplies.  Keep trying to order, keeps coming up empty.

Just now beginning to get things. Cleaning aisles are still pretty empty. When this stuff comes up at Sam's, it looks like a Black Friday sale. Limit one per member, so it isn't like anyone can stockpile these.

    That's a score.
Every time I hit the store I check the cleaning supplies aisle. Have twice caught the kids restocking wipes and managed to get on of the large 75 count tubs. Along with catching a couple of the skinny 35 count tubs at Target, have kept in supply by haven't seen those multi packs since the long ago time when Corona was a beer and not a virus.
