does anyone else agree (or not)?
i think it's a bloody good song and would have worked well with all the other tracks.
not that ten isn't an awesome album without it though.
I agrre with you...I think that SOLAT would be a great opener for ten......can´t wear my mask, your first my last...0 -
I LOVE WASH! It makes my toes curl everytime I hear it. Eddie's voice is so sexy on that track. I'd like him to wash my love. He-he! *blushing*
It should have definatley been on Ten. Hands down!Sold to Pearl Jam at birth!0 -

great song, but i don't think it would have worked with the album0

Wash is a great song. After buying Lost Dogs it became one of my fav. PJ songs0
-
I agree, but think the same thing about most of the bsides from that album, they just had too much solid material.0

I love wash, I like it more then some songs that have made it to albums, then again ten is pretty damn perfect the way it is if you ask me, probably still my fave album.0

Yeah Wash should have been put on Ten, I was listening to Lost Dogs and at first I didn't really like it, then I listened to it again the whole way through and now its one of my favorite songs off Lost Dogs.0

It could have worked fine.« One man's glory is another man's hell.
You’re on the outside, never bound by such a spell.
Together in the darkness, alone in the light.
I took it upon me to be yours, Timmy,
I’ll lead your angels and demons at play tonight......»0 -
One of my buddies had the Import of Ten with Wash, Dirty Frank, etc on it about 12/13 years ago, and I immediately fell in love with "Wash". He never let me "borrow" it though. So when Lost Dogs came out a couple years ago, THAT was the main reason I got it, in addition to some of the other songs I'd heard on B-sides and such over the years (Footsteps, YLB, etc). Wash very easily could have been on the original version of Ten, but Ten itself is about as perfect of an album as you can get. Just glad they released Lost Dogs so we could get all that cool shit on one CD...."On the edge of a know-nothin' town, Feelin' quite superior in Den Haag"

i actually prefer the Lost Dogs version of Wash. it made me fall in LOVE with the song. the way Ed sings at the end is one of THE BEST endings of a PJ tune. IMO
however, i prefer the single version of Dirty Frank. they cut some out on the Lost Dogs version.I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.0
