    Mine was ringing forever as well... and then I got a message saying "the number you dialed is not a working number." I've been using the same 855-973-2755 number..

    When is the best time to call ?  Right when the song starts or at the end?  Sometimes I get the verizon wireless can’t complete the call message and sometimes I hear people speaking in foreign languages.  It is very odd.

    I thought I heard in one of the promos the song of the week has to be played in its entirety.

    I thought he said caller 21 - it was so fast maybe he said "caller 1" either way!  I finally got through.  Moving in the right direction
