    I got that message too for the first time on this try using my Xfinity mobile (Verizon service) phone on cell service.  Never got that via VOIP or my T-Mobile cell.

    Just got back from skiing. Missed the first play, but started dialing when I saw the second play here. Not even close, no circuits busy or anything. Only silence then “User Busy” on my iPhone, except one time a few minutes in when it actually rang (!!!) only to have the operator voice tell me that my call could not be completed as dialed, which is a new one for me. Based on this I think that even if I’m in a position to dial when the song plays this week, I’m not getting through. 

    Gonna go drink two beers in the hot tub.

    Thanks man. Got through at 7:10. It was sometime in the middle of Friends by Zeppelin if I recall correctly! DTE was over.
