How many tickets for the Baltimore show do you think we’ve seen posted on TM since this all began? Has to be less than 100 total right? We are talking like < 1%  of tickets sold. I think we are doing pretty well for ourselves considering how freakin limited these opportunities are.

Yeah, we have a good hit rate. I would be curious to know what that number is. My guess it closer to 60-70 total tickets.
Day 17, I'm sure we're averaging more than 4 tickets released a day. Yesterday there was at least a dozen.
Yeah, your right. I forgot about some of those middle of the night ones too.

There were at least a dozen Baltimore tickets yesterday alone?  Are you counting pairs as 1 purchase or are you counting those as 2 tickets?  I was paying close attention yesterday  and had way more time devoted to refreshing than today. I definitely don’t remember a dozen Baltimore sales yesterday although I know it was busier than today.

Sunday there was definitely a dozen. Maybe a little more. Yesterday I think there was 7-8 drops all together.

Let’s say even 200 total tickets since day 1 (I think that’s high)... this place is gonna be jam packed. So few tickets getting dumped back so far.

Tickets, not drops. 101 and 102 early afternoon. 4 more pairs between like 8:45 and 10, and a single right at midnight.

So, I made up a new Captcha image, using some icons I thought we'd all appreciate, as well as removing the ticketmaster logo (I don't think the PJ banner should be an issue). I had to create a new background image. It's kinda big, but it should scale down well, and it should look pretty good in greyscale.

  • Did I read that Mastercard is slower because of an extra step?
There's definitely an extra step with MC and I lost out several times but I did score a pair earlier today with it. I'd still probably avoid it if possible.

But isn't the extra step after you click Submit Order, so in theory if you are first, the tickets are held for you until the MC validation is complete?

I love how the T-shirt idea has grown so much and now has so many participants.  Regardless of what the final product is, I guarantee any one of us will notice from a mile away!

Yes we could. Would have to get in touch with the the label probably, get them to say ok and the graphic artist to say ok... might take longer than the time we have though. I don’t think it would happen as quickly as we would hope. But we can use a similar image and tweak it a bit.

So, I made up a new Captcha image, using some icons I thought we'd all appreciate, as well as removing the ticketmaster logo (I don't think the PJ banner should be an issue). I had to create a new background image. It's kinda big, but it should scale down well, and it should look pretty good in greyscale.

I love how the T-shirt idea has grown so much and now has so many participants.  Regardless of what the final product is, I guarantee any one of us will notice from a mile away!
I would be proud to wear any of these t-shirts.

That's awesome.... great job. Just a thought, the pic could be the Gigaton glacier artwork.
Gigaton glacier artwork probably copyright issue... but a glacier artwork would be great!
We could ask the band for permission...
Yes we could. Would have to get in touch with the the label probably, get them to say ok and the graphic artist to say ok... might take longer than the time we have though. I don’t think it would happen as quickly as we would hope. But we can use a similar image and tweak it a bit.
Agreed, we could just use a picture of the actual glacier that is falling into the ocean....
