The first taste of the band’s new album Gigaton

Pearl Jam’s new album Gigaton is coming on March 27 via Monkeywrench/Republic. Today, the band have offered the first taste of new music from the album. The song is called “Dance of the Clairvoyants.” Take a listen below.

“‘Dance’ was a perfect storm of experimentation and real collaboration,” Jeff Ament said. “We’ve opened some new doors creatively and that’s exciting.”

Gigaton is Pearl Jam’s first new album since 2013’s Lightning Bolt. The band recently announced a tour. Their return to music follows their induction into Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.

I love it! I was apprehensive after "Can't Deny Me" and the lack of noise & interviews that followed had me worried about what was going on with the album. Those worries are gone and it's refreshing to hear the band flexing it's creativity. March 27 can't get here quick enough.

Sounds like a David Bowie song. I don't dislike it but I'm not sure I love it yet.

Wow I am absolutely blown away.  The song is amazing and love Ed’s voice throughout the entire song.  Super impressed and so pumped to the quality of that single.  Love when a song takes me away like this one does.  Song has a ton of depth musically.
