Recent Update...no resolution.  Here is most recent email from TM...still no word from 10C, but you know they are overwhelmed.  On the bright side, I feel confident that I still have tickets to both nights in Amsterdam...lol

They have inventory, just not the inventory they want to give away. Given the error, correct thing is to take 2 from public on sale and give to you.

Wasn’t Nashville at 99%? Even if you put in for GA, shouldn’t they at least be able to offer you seats to try and make it right?

No customer service rep offered a thing...even when it was “elevated” (read as BS), just same answer over and over again.

Is this for real, did you copy and paste that email, because there is a typo in the signature that just doesn't fly with me . . . this seems like a general email if they had in fact made a mistake that probably would not have just been sent to you so I highly doubt that this obvious typo would not have been caught . . .

But...are we aware of anyone else losing for Nashville (other than GA only requests)? Sorry I haven’t been able to follow all the complaints in here. If not, then that means they were had more reserved tickets to give out (setting aside the scenario where they had precisely as many entries as tickets). With the presale starting tomorrow morning it may be too late, but damn I would think it would have been easy for them to toss you two seats to atone for their fuckup.

Unfortunately it is real...most call centers are overseas.  Didn’t even catch the typo, but to the reps on the front lines, they speak at least one more language than I can...so much respect to them.  This isn’t their fault either.  In reality, this calamity should even be possible.  Technology should easily be able to prevent this.  Here is the original email...

I'm in the same boat now. I received a confirmation email on Sunday that I had scored tickets for Oakland 2 (1st priority), but no email confirmation or denial for Oakland 1 (2nd priority). I called the TC/TM phone support line twice over the last week and both times I got double confirmation that I had won tickets for both days! When I emailed the support line today I got an email saying I didn't get tickets to Oakland 1! I've emailed TenClub (tickets@pearljam.com and info@tenclub.net), still no word from either. I am so, so bummed. Didn't get a code for the VF sale, so if this all holds I'll have to try tomorrow, fingers crossed.
