And the plot thickens...here is what I was emailed from those running lottery...see below. I never received the first email they are referring to, only the email saying I received tickets for Nashville...this BS after surprising my girl with ticket confirm...WTF...have a great day? F you...

We are extremely sorry for any confusion caused by the second confirmation email sent to you stating you were granted tickets. Unfortunately, you were not granted tickets. There will be a general public on sale this Friday January 24th at 10 am local venue time. You will have the opportunity to search for availability on that day.

Credit card was not billed and never received confirmation saying didn’t get tickets.  So I made an inquiry via phone, hence them sending me email saying received tickets...and also assured card would be charged by 23rd.

I have lost the lottery plenty over the years, no big deal, but this one is tough.

I have responded to the “Have a nice day” email, so hopefully that helps.  Who knows...

When are we supposed to receive the tickets on whatever TM accounts or apps ?
Even if I have been charged, I am a bit nervous about booking flights and finally be informed that there was an ‘issue’.

There’s several hundred folks (it seems) including myself who are still unsure if they got tickets or not.

I'm shocked at this point the 10c hasn't made a formal statement about tickets. Especially with the VF and public sales ocming up. Would be really nice to know who does and doesn't have tickets. 
I was lucky enough to land the 2 I requested, but I'd be furious if this was happening to me.

But that is TM....I would go straight to ten club.  Maybe forward the email so that you can document the issue.  Might help if they end up addressing these issues.

My wife became a 10c member this winter so that we could possibly take our two teenagers to PJ for the first time. We both only went for the Denver show and choose BA. I got a confirmation email that I had been entered and she did not, but she did have the 1 dollar hold on her cc. When the entry period closed, I got a confirmation of tickets and she got nothing. She emailed Tickets today and was initially told she didn't get tickets. Then, a day later, emailed that she did get tickets, and shortly after that received the official "You've scored tickets to Pearl Jam" email. Then yesterday afternoon, she got the same email you did, wording and all. Tried calling the 800 number and they were no help.

Thankful to get one pair, though. Hoping to get two more via the presale...

My email did not contain a receipt.  Somewhat worried/skeptical, but I believe this type of email has to have accountability.

Thanks to all.  You would think it would hold, but still getting same answer from TM.  I have copied TC on emails ( both emails mentioned here).  I am sure they are slammed...so not upset with 10C, but  TM responses are a joke.

would be nice to know before remaining pre and public sale.
