Well, Laura must know what she is doing bc I just got an email saying I got tickets for Nashville.
And you had not received a confirmation email for Nashville before correct?

Correct, I got a charge to my credit for 251 on Jan 18th but no confirmation email.  I did get the BAL denial email.  Laura hooked me up.  call that number if you think you are in limbo

I just called and talked to John.  He said my OAK2 request has not been accepted or declined.  He said not being declined was "good news."

I asked if there was a problem and he said he wasn't aware but he knew that other people had been calling with similar issues and that they had been in contact with "10club supervisors."

Here is part of the response I received from the Ten Club via email.  It was a boilerplate email:

We are sorry you did not get Ten Club tickets. Even though we were able to more than double the amount of tickets accessible to our members, fans did not get tickets for the following reasons:

    • They only entered for GA (this was the biggest widespread reason fans did not get tickets)
    • Entered for both GA, Reserved or ADA in a city where the demand outweighed the supply, even by 1% in some cases.
    • Submitted invalid Ten Club info

    Final Ticket Odds:

It's just interesting that in the course of today I have been told the following:

    1. I did not get tickets to Oak2....but sorry that I did not get a rejection
    2. That I have not been denied tickets to Oak2 and that supervisors are reviewing

Edit:  I should add that last night I was told that Oak2 was still being decided and that I would get an email by night's end

So even in the final odds nothing besides Balt and MSG dipped below 99%.

yes....which is maddening to those of us who asked for best available and still got rejected.  Especially when Oak2 was my #2 and people with #7-8 priority got tickets.

And you are absolutely right to be upset. I would be furious. This makes no sense and is too widespread to not be a big issue.

i just received the same e-mail.  Mine also included:

Please know whenever a Ten Club ticket presale is announced, eligible members will have the opportunity to try for tickets through the Ten Club. Every eligible member has the same chance at being selected. This drawing system levels the playing field and makes it fair to all paying members. Not everyone will be lucky in a case where there are less tickets than ticket entries, but those who do end up with tickets will have obtained them fairly and without any special advantages over any other members.

This is not really accurate assuming priority levels mean something.  Maybe they don't anymore?

It would be a true statement in that the winners themselves had nothing to do with leap frogging to higher priorities.

Wow people on here are freaking jerks. I never post on here and I'm glad I don't. I'm not angry at all actually. I am pretty sad about the situation. I love how everybody is so tolerable of everybody else.
I agree.  There was a comment, well it’s actually said all the time in one post or another, about those of us who post so little.  Comments like that are usually followed by some remark or another and we are made to feel like our voice doesn’t matter if we aren’t on here daily or if you disagree with a “regular”.
There’re the regulars who always have a smart ass response, those who genuinely are angry and should seek help, those who respond to and over analyze almost every post and feel the need to explain every post to everyone, the forever optimists and those who would love to post more but just can’t handle the nastiness.

WOWZERS.  so MSG was the only show that for reserved 10c seats (the ONLY option i chose, and the only show i chose) still had a 57% chance, and i still missed out.  haha.  not complaining as i already scored a 10c ticket spare (i'll love you forever rudy! -  though i would've even w/o your spare ;)) just flabbergasted by the odds is all.  seems like most shows if you chose reserved, you were almost sure to get a ticket.  crazy.  but also awesome.
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow

  • OK - I just found my emails today. I only asked for 2 Baltimore and 2 MSG. Said 99% on the info sent to me by TM (or their contractor). I didn’t get either, which is a first for me in a 10C sale. But, reading the above comments, it seems that lots of people who asked for B and MSG also did not tickets.

I guess since I lived in Dallas before 10-2018, I was asking for 10-C tickets in less popular places?  And B and MSG are more desired by more people? I don’t know.  But I did get to see them in Seattle last tour - a lifetime desire.

I knew getting 10C front row, center in KC (before GA offered) would mean that my karma for future tickets was doomed! (And that was my very first 10C draw!)

Think of the odds like they set them at horse races... You are not locked in until betting ends and then you get the final posted odds. Not like betting on a sports book in Vegas that holds your odds from when you entered. So your 99% email was from early on day one, and they continued to get updated until they closed.
