READ THIS about not getting tickets

So, another post, I saw someone post the The Ticketmaster 10c number is 1 855 868 4782. I decided to call bc I got a denial email for Baltimore.  I did not get any email for Nashville, but I have a pending credit card charge of 200 something from ticketmaster.  I called to inquire about why I haven't heard about Nashville.  I spoke to Juan at ticketmaste and get this, he says yeah you got tickets for the Baltimore show on the 28th and the Nashville show.  Excuse me, I said I got a denial letter for BAL.  He said that was sent out in error.  He said according to his system, I am showing I got both shows.  I said will I get another email rectifying this? He said probably not, just wait for the 27th when they send out the tickets.  I suggest everyone who got denied, to call the number above to see what the hell is going on.

People are getting so many conflicting responses from Ten Club Ticketmaster customer service. What a shitshow.

No pending charge = no tickets.  If you have 1 pending charge, you won once.  I understand what they told you, but most CSR's are completely clueless.

yeah I hope you get what you want but I think Juan was just trying to get you off the phone with a good experience.

A buddy just received his confirmation for MSG this morning (he hadn't heard anything prior to that) so there is definitely still some requests going through the system

I will believe it, when I see it.  I doubt very much that they would screw up something that was so blatantly called out in the process email and that has been part of the process for years now.   That more than anything is whey I think they are going through with a fine tooth comb between now and next Monday to make sure there are no hiccups.

I honestly thought this system was amazing. I thought I’d def get tickets to at least one show. I secretly scoffed at every comment saying that TicketMaster would fuck this whole thing up. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
