Anyone have suggestions for things to do during the afternoon? Driving down from Toronto for the day. We're likely to head in for early afternoon merch, and we'll have a few hours to kill. Not sure we're going to want to drive anywhere, and unlikely to spend that much time in a bar. Thoughts?

So I see the merchandise opens at 1. Say I wanted to be first in line, get my stuff so I can enjoy the rest of my day. What time does people recommend lineup at?

do we have information on merch lines or anything of the like yet? I have college orientation in London and might not be able to make until late afternoon and don't want to miss grabbing a shirt (bigger sizes usually go first, sadly) and poster. Sticker be nice, but not necessary. Debating if I need to go to the orientation or not.

I'm "newer" here, got decent eBay feedback as a buyer - and can even toss extra for a beverage if I can't make merch line. can anyone possibly help if I can't make it?

Thanks. Still doesn’t help with orientation out of town. Sucks. Will do my best and hope someone can help me out.

Any personal reviews on The George Hamilton Brewery?  Seems like an easy walk from hotel on way to show
It's not a brewery, its a pub.. they don't brew beer. Fantastic location but food/beer 🤷🏼‍♂️ meh. I live maybe 5 minutes away and there are some much better spots but this is the most convenient
suggestions for dinner with teenagers ?
Any new realizations... would have to wait...

Only issue is that we don't drink much (though I do love Collective Arts' can designs, so they might get a visit).

Venue is really close to the 403 anyway, won't be too bad. If get in early enough the first floor of the Hamilton farmers market parking on York Street is a good spot. 2 min walk and easy access out

Aim for somewhere north of York Blvd.  You can then use Cannon/York to head towards the 403 and not have to deal with much of the walking traffic that will fill Bay St after the show.

We were at RATM last month and it was pretty straightforward getting to the 403 after.  We parked right at the venue and it was probably 10 minutes to the hwy after the show.

I had a friend that hits up all the merch, he said get there real early for the Toronto show. Does that make sense?

In 2016 the merch lines for Toronto were easily 2 hours long and it was steady from 1pm opening until the show started.

I just released my spare ticket for Hamilton: Sec 123 | Row 19 | Seat 3
IMO, WAY better than a floor ticket. If you're like me, you always get caught behind someone tall, no matter where you end up!
